Olga Titarenko


is a Berlin-based lawyer and advises both German and international clients on all questions of public economic law with a focus on public construction and planning law. The main areas of her activity are reconstruction and development law on heritage areas as well as pre-emption law.

Olga Titarenko studied law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and was honored there as one of the three best graduates of the year. She worked as a research assistant at the FernUniversität Hagen, where she worked mainly in the areas of public administrative law, European law, legal philosophy and legal rhetoric.

During her legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin, Olga Titarenko worked in the Berlin Foreign Office, Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the European Union in Brussel and in the public-law team in an international commercial law firm in Berlin.

Olga Titarenko has been a member of the legal firm since January 2016.
